Courtesy Bus FAQ

QWhere can we get the free shuttle to your hotel ?
A

For the guests who come from Haneda Terminal 1 or 2 : Please get to the “Bus Pool” between Terminal 1 and 2. For those who arrived at terminal 3 : Please head to “Chartered Bus” stop.
*Other hotels’ buses are also working. Please be careful of taking on the wrong bus.

QCan we make a reservation of the shuttle ?

We are afraid that this shuttle service is not advanced reservation. Please give yourself plenty of time to depart.
