Pickup from each terminal at Haneda Airport, bound for the hotel

*Departures from the hotel to Haneda Airport are now available after 12:00 p.m. Please ask the staff at the hotel reception desk for information regarding specific times.Please see here for AM Buses (Hotel to Haneda Airport)

*Seating reservations on the bus cannot be made. As your desired bus may reach full capacity, it is recommended to plan to board one bus earlier.

Precautions when Using the Courtesy Bus
・As delays may occur due to traffic conditions, etc., please allow plenty of travel time when using the Courtesy Bus.
・Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the bus.
・Timetables are subject to change; please check at the hotel reception desk.
・The bus from the hotel to the Haneda Airport Domestic Terminals (Terminals 1 & 2) goes to the Departures Lobby (2F). It does not go to the bus boarding point listed above.
・The bus from the hotel to the Haneda Airport International Terminal (Terminal 3) goes to the Entrance Plaza (1F). The floor for departures is the 3rd floor.
・Your luggage may be moved from place to place or angle, or other luggage may be placed on top of yours.
・Seating reservations on the bus cannot be made.

Bus Stop

Route to the bus boarding point for buses from Haneda Airport Terminal 1 to the hotel

  1. From the Arrivals Lobby on the 1st floor, go out from the nearest exit.
  2. Cross the crosswalk next to bus boarding point No. 9.
  3. Proceed on the left-hand side behind the glass building, and buses bound for various hotel will be waiting there.
  4. Board the bus with the Hotel JAL City Haneda Tokyo logo mark on it.

Route to the bus boarding point for buses from Haneda Airport Terminal 3 to the hotel

  1. From the Arrivals Lobby on the 2nd floor, proceed straight with the Arrivals Lobby exit at your back, and continue forward, with the Information Counter on your right-hand side.
  2. Pass by the Keikyu Railway ticket gates　and walk toward Haneda Airport Garden.
  3. Take the escalator (on the left) or the elevator (on the right) that are in front of the entrance to Haneda Airport Garden, and go down to the 1st floor.
  4. Board the bus with the Hotel JAL City Haneda Tokyo logo mark on it.

Precautions when Using the Courtesy Bus

When coming from Haneda Airport Terminals 1 or 3, use the Hotel JAL Haneda Tokyo Courtesy Bus.
